Online Classes
Online classes make educational opportunities available for you no matter
where you live.
These courses are taken over the Internet at convenient times for you.
Contact with the instructor is also over the Internet, e-mail, or by
phone. Note: Class meetings with the instructor are required for speech
students to give speeches. Testing may require an occasional trip to
a Cowley Center or may be done in a location near the student with an

Telecourse Classes
Telecourse classes are available to those students who need more flexible
scheduling. With this type of educational delivery, students rent
video-taped courses from the college and view them at times convenient
to them. Students come to a campus location a limited amount of times
for face-to-face class meetings with the instructor.
Interactive Television (ITV)
Cowley offers a wide variety of courses year round
in the ITV rooms to assist distance education students achieve their
educational goals. To view current offerings, go to Class

Learning category select Interactive Television.
In addition, Cowley College is a member of the South
Central Kansas Learning Network (SCKEN).
With this association, the College is able to provide educational
opportunities in the interactive television classrooms, which the
member schools have in their districts. Upper division classes and
graduate school classes have also been offered in our ITV classrooms
from Wichita State University, Emporia State University, and Pittsburg
State University.
Ed2Go
Ed2Go is an online program that offers adult continuing
education programs on just about every topic you can imagine. Although
Ed2Go are non-credit classes, you can update your skills for work.

Satellite Classes
Cowley provides services through the use of satellites
for Distance Learning. Downlinked educational opportunities are available
for Cowley classes or community groups. Cowley is also a part of the
Kansas Regents Network using the Telenet
